All Saints Dallas

A client of mine reached out to me to help furnish and design their church’s new location in downtown Dallas. I was completely honored and couldn’t say “yes” fast enough! The church had purchased an old, industrial building downtown that had originally been a 1920’s-era Chevrolet dealership, and wanted to repurpose it to house the church’s sanctuary and classrooms, as well as staff offices and meeting spaces. Working with Cunningham Architects on the building finish-out, we made material selections, and once construction was complete, we forged ahead with all-new furnishings! This included finishing out the classrooms with kid-friendly carpet and furniture (accented by a killer view of downtown!), filling the sanctuary with locally-made pews and communion tables, creating an inviting lobby and café area, furnishing the staff offices with completely new workspaces, and creating multiple gathering zones for groups of any size to meet. We wanted to contrast the industrial, weathered textures of the building with new, clean, modern furnishings with pops of color that felt welcoming and accessible to the entire staff and members of the congregation.
